Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Varanasi today. Narendra Modi will visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple to participate in various events. Arrive at Babatpur airport at 4 pm. Then he will address the general assembly at Mehndiganj. Later will visit Kashi Vishwanath temple. Will participate in Puja and Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedha Ghat.
Later visit Banaras Locomotive Workshop. A road show will also be conducted from Police Line to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. He will address a Kisan gathering at Sevapuri. Distribution of the 17th installment of the Kisan Samman Nidhi will also take place today.
The temple trust has informed that the preparations for the Prime Minister’s visit to the temple have been completed. Extensive preparations are made here. Special Protection Group (SPG) and army helicopters have been in Kashi for days. After the program, the Prime Minister will return tomorrow morning.
