Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a national level of poor welfare employment campaign from Telihar Gram Panchayat in Khagaria district of Bihar to provide employment to migrant laborers who have returned from other states. PM Modi said that the Garib Kalyan Rozgar Yojana will help in increasing livelihood opportunities in the villages. 1- Near villages, towns, and small towns, different products from local produce are made, packing items are made, industry groups will be formed for this. This is going to be of great benefit to the farmers.
2- We have abolished the rules discriminating against farmers. Now the farmer can sell his crop outside his state and can sell it in any market. Now, traders who give good prices for their products can directly connect with companies, they can sell their crops directly.
3- Self-reliant farmers are equally important for a self-reliant India. But for so many years, agriculture and farmers in our country were unnecessarily tied to rules and laws. All your farmer companions will be feeling this powerlessness for so many years.
4- Self-reliant India campaign started with Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. About a quarter to two lakh crore rupees were spent on this scheme within a few weeks. In these three months, work has been done to provide ration-pulses to 80 crores poor.
5- The government is making every effort that in this time of the corona epidemic, you do not have to take loans from anyone while living in villages, do not spread hands in front of anyone.
6- Shramev Jayate, are people who worship labor, you need work, you want employment. Keeping this spirit paramount, the government has made this plan, implemented this scheme in such a short time.

8- Now, the work of building Anganwadi buildings, community toilets, rural mandis, and wells is being started in Telihar village of Khagaria from today. Similarly, every village has its own needs. These needs will now be met through the Poor Kalyan Rozgar Abhiyan.

10- For the development of your villages under the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyan, 50 thousand crores rupees have to be spent to give you employment. With this amount, about 25 work areas have been identified for employment in villages, for development works.
