Kochi: Following the terror attack in Pahalgam, Air India Express has offered free rescheduling and full refund for cancelled tickets to and from Srinagar till April 30. Passengers can easily arrange their bookings by typing the hashtag #SrinagarSupport and using the AI-based chatbot Tia or by calling 080 4666 2222 / 080 6766 2222.
Air India Express currently operates 80 direct flights per week from Srinagar to Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jammu and Kolkata. It also operates one-stop services from Srinagar to 26 destinations including Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Agartala, Ayodhya, Chennai, Goa, Mumbai, Patna and Varanasi. Air India Express also said that it is extending its full support to its guests in this sad situation in Pahalgam.
