An inquiry into the order issued by CM Arvind Kejriwal while in ED custody

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will investigate the order issued by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal while he remains in custody. ED Minister Atishi Marlena on the matter. It is indicated that he will be questioned. ED will investigate how Kejriwal instructed the government while in custody. The BJP had earlier alleged that the letter said to have been released by Kejriwal was fake.

AAP’s Water Resources Minister Atishi Merlena’s statement that Arvind Kejriwal issued the first order from jail was controversial earlier. Earlier, Atishi Merlena said that Kejriwal, who is in custody, had given instructions to solve the crisis in fresh water supply.

Atishi also said that it was suggested to solve the problems related to waste management. Atishi also pointed out that Kejriwal was thinking about the people of Delhi even when he was in jail. But the ED stated that Muriel, who is in Kejriwal’s custody, has no computer, paper or related items. Kejriwal was appointed by E.D. While released in custody, partner Sunita Kejriwal and personal secretary Bibhav Kumar were allowed to visit for half an hour between 6 and 7 pm.

Kejriwal’s lawyer is also allowed to visit for half an hour. ED is investigating whether the letter was signed during such a visit. The court remanded Kejriwal, who was arrested on Thursday night, to ED till March 28. He was released into custody. The CBI accepted the ED’s contention that Kejriwal, who deliberately ignored the summons nine times, was not cooperating with the investigation. Special Court Judge Kaveri Baveja released Kejriwal in custody.
