Delhi: The BJP has come out with a strange promise in the assembly election campaign. It has promised in its manifesto that if it comes to power in Delhi, it will set up an anti-Romeo squad in collaboration with the central government. The claim is that the squad is for the safety of women in public places.
The Anti-Romeo Squad is the biggest achievement of the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh. The opposition has also raised widespread criticism that it is beating up youths as a morality police. Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party has also come forward with allegations that the BJP is also cutting off people’s drinking water to sabotage the Delhi elections.
