Srinagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has assured that Jammu and Kashmir will be given statehood soon. I am in a hurry to modernize Jammu and Kashmir. The Prime Minister assured that statehood will be granted in Jammu and Kashmir, saying that assembly elections are not far off. He said these things during an election rally in Udhampur.
The Prime Minister also stated that the people will share the dreams and aspirations of Jammu and Kashmir through the MLAs and Ministers here. A wall called Article 370 was built in Jammu and Kashmir for the sake of power. But Modi broke that wall with the blessings of the people.
I also buried the remains of that wall in the ground. No other political party in India other than the Congress can announce that Article 370 will be brought back. Narendra Modi said in Udhampur that there is no doubt that people will not even look at them.
