Court announces further investigation in Jasna disappearance case. Thiruvananthapuram CJM Court passed the order on the plea of Jasna’s father. The court ordered an investigation based on the new evidence provided by the father. The father had filed a petition in the CJM court stating that the CBI investigation was ineffective.
The father also handed over the evidence in the case in a sealed cover. The father had informed the court that Jasna was not alive and that he could pass information about the unknown friend secretly. The court then asked the CBI to produce the case diary. The court informed that if the evidence presented by the father is not considered by the CBI earlier, it will order further investigation.
