Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested by the CBI in the liquor case. The CBI produced Kejriwal in Delhi’s Rose Avenue court and sought his remand.
The Supreme Court will today consider Kejriwal’s plea against the Delhi High Court’s order temporarily staying the bail in the case. Yesterday the news came out that Kejriwal was arrested. The Aam Aadmi Party leaders themselves have made such false propaganda. But the CBI only interrogated Kejriwal in jail.
Earlier, the trial court had granted bail to Kejriwal but the High Court stayed it. ED has already stated that there is definite evidence against Kejriwal.
