Tahawwur Rana, a key conspirator in the Mumbai attacks, has revealed that Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI oversaw the planning of the 26/11 attacks. The revelation came during his interrogation by a special investigation team.
Rana disclosed that senior figures from both Lashkar-e-Taiba and the ISI participated in high-level meetings. He also revealed that the National Defence College in Delhi was among the intended targets.
During questioning, Rana admitted to delivering extremist speeches in Canada. The investigation team also learned that the terror group Jamaat-ud-Dawa provided support for recruitment, funding, and logistical aid in connection with terrorist activities.
