Malayalam actor Meghanathan passed away at the age of 60. He was undergoing treatment for a lung-related ailment at Baby Memorial Hospital in Kozhikode.
The funeral will take place at his residence in Shoranur. Meghanathan was the son of actor Balan K Nair and had acted in numerous Malayalam films. He made his debut in the 1983 movie Astra and went on to feature in over 50 films, including notable titles like Chenkol, Ee Puzhayum Kadannu, and Uthaman.
His demise marks a significant loss to the Malayalam film industry and his fans.
