A soldier from Naugam, Hilal Ahmad Bhatt, who was kidnapped by terrorists from Anantnag, South Kashmir, was killed yesterday.
His body, found with gunshot wounds, was recovered from the forest area of Kokernag. Bhatt was serving in the Territorial Army. He was abducted by terrorists from Anantnag yesterday. The banned organization, TRF (The Resistance Front), has claimed responsibility for the incident.
