New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Donald Trump on his re-election as the US President. Modi congratulated his dear friend in a telephone conversation with Trump a week after he took office as the President. Modi also emphasized in the conversation that India is always ready for a mutually beneficial and trustworthy partnership for both countries.
“I am delighted to have spoken to my dear friend President Donald Trump. I congratulated him on his historic second term in office. Both countries are committed to a mutually beneficial and trustworthy partnership. We will work together for the well-being of our people, and for world peace, global prosperity and global security,” the Prime Minister wrote in an ex-post.
