Allu Arjun Shouldn’t Expect Relaxation, Celebrities Must Control Their Fans; Chief Minister

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has made it clear that actor Allu Arjun should not expect any concessions in the case of death in a stampede during the release of Pushpa 2. He emphasized a strict stance, stating that no compromises or settlements would be made with the accused in matters of law and order. “The case will proceed through the legal process,” the CM stated.

Celebrities, according to KCR, are responsible for controlling their fans. He warned that they would be held accountable for any issues arising from their failure to do so. “If they don’t, they will be the first to face the consequences,” the CM added.

Regarding the Pushpa 2 incident, the CM asserted that Telugu film industry celebrities, directors, and producers would not receive any leniency. “The people are bigger than them. It is the government’s duty to ensure justice for those whose rights have been denied,” KCR said.

The incident occurred when Allu Arjun attended the release of Pushpa 2 at a theater. During the chaos, a 35-year-old woman was killed, and her 8-year-old son was injured. The child later died as well. Allu Arjun was inside the theater watching the movie when the woman died.
