Kejriwal will inform the MLAs about the decision of the committee meeting today. Then the opinion of each MLA will be sought and the new Chief Minister will be decided.
Meanwhile, Atishi is likely to reach the post of Chief Minister. Atishi’s name was suggested by more leaders. Most of the leaders Arvind Kejriwal met yesterday are in agreement with Atishi becoming the Chief Minister. The leaders say that Sunita Kejriwal’s name has been rejected by Kejriwal. Kejriwal asked MLAs to suggest names. But two new faces are also likely to be included in the cabinet. The names of leaders Atishi, Kailash Galot and Gopal Rai came up in the discussion. Being a woman and shining in the field of administration are factors that help Atishi. Gopal Rai is one of the founding leaders of the party.
