Kabul: A Pakistani airstrike in Afghanistan has killed 46 people. According to Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid, most of the casualties in the attack in eastern Paktika province were women and children. The Taliban condemned the attack, calling it brutal, and the Ministry of Defense expressed sorrow over the incident.
The Pakistani assault targeted four points in the Baramala district, with bombings on three houses. Eighteen people were killed in one house, while three others died in another house, and many others were injured, the Taliban spokesman said. The Taliban emphasized that the protection of their land and sovereignty is an undeniable right, and they vowed not to leave Pakistan’s cowardly actions unanswered.
