Liquor Scam Case, K. Kavita was arrested by the CBI

New Delhi: CBI has arrested K Kavita in the liquor policy case involving Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Arrested in liquor policy case. Kavitha, who is under judicial custody after being arrested by ED, was taken into custody by the CBI today for questioning. The arrest was made after questioning. K Kavita is the leader of BRS in Telangana. Kavathi’s judicial custody was extended till 23rd of this month, but in the meantime, the CBI demanded custody.

Former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter has been lodged in Tihar jail after being arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), officials said. CBI officials had recently interrogated Kavita inside the jail after obtaining permission from a special court.

The BRS leader was questioned about WhatsApp chats recovered from co-accused Buchi Babu’s phone and documents related to the land deal. After that, it is alleged that Aam Aadmi Party was given Rs 100 crores to influence the excise. The purpose of the poem was to make the excise policy for Delhi favorable to a liquor lobby.

CBI officials had gone to Tihar Jail on Saturday to question Kavitha on these aspects of the case. ED arrested Kavitha from her residence in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on March 15.
