Prime Minister Narendra Modi Rides Mumbai Metro, Engages with Youth

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, known for his ability to connect with people, showcased his personable nature once again during a metro ride in Mumbai. After flagging off the Mumbai Metro Line-3, he took the opportunity to travel with the general public, engaging in conversations with youth and commuters, a quality that world leaders admire about him.

During the ride, visuals shared on social media showed the Prime Minister interacting with passengers, including a young woman playing the guitar, while he enjoyed the music. Modi traveled from Santacruz station, speaking with students and other commuters about the convenience of the new metro line.

He highlighted that the Mumbai Metro makes commuting easier for the public, especially students and young professionals. The Mumbai Metro Line-3, built at a cost of ₹14,120 crore, includes 10 stations and is expected to serve 1.2 million passengers daily, connecting key areas in the city.
