Madurai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched two major initiatives designed to support and uplift MSMEs in the Indian automotive industry in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The Prime Minister inaugurated the TVS Open Mobility Platform and the TVS Mobility-CII Center of Excellence.
These initiatives are a step towards realizing the Prime Minister’s vision to support the growth of MSMEs in the country, help them formalize operations, integrate with global value chains and become self-reliant.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed thousands of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) working in the automotive sector at the event ‘Creating the Future – Digital Mobility for Automotive MSME Entrepreneurs’. He interacted with trained women entrepreneurs and school children at Gandhigram.
