Salman Khan Receives Death Threat Again

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has once again received a death threat, according to national media reports. The threat was sent via WhatsApp to the Mumbai Worli Traffic Department’s official number. The message reportedly stated that the actor would be killed by intruding into his house and that a bomb would be planted in his car.

Worli Police have registered a case against an “unknown person” and have launched an investigation to trace the sender. Salman Khan has been receiving multiple threats since his involvement in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case.

Last year, on April 14, two individuals on a motorbike fired four rounds outside Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra. It was the most recent and direct attack targeting the actor. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang later claimed responsibility for the shooting via a post on Facebook.

Shortly afterward, Salman Khan’s close friend and politician Baba Siddique was shot dead. It is believed that his close association with Salman Khan was the motive behind the murder. The Bishnoi gang also claimed responsibility for that incident.

Investigations into both cases are still ongoing. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police are taking the threats against Salman Khan very seriously. His security has been significantly tightened, including on film sets. A specially trained constable with expertise in handling weapons has also been assigned to his protection detail.
