Chennai. The Tamil Nadu Police denied permission to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s road show in Coimbatore on the 18th. The road show scheduled as part of BJP’s election campaign was denied citing security reasons.

A road show in Coimbatore was planned for four kilometers. Meanwhile, the BJP has clarified that the police move is politically motivated. BJP approached the court against the refusal of permission by the police.
